I have to give all the credit to Zara for this carnival themed craft. I had some white leftover inners from some frames that I didn't use and I am so glad I kept them. Zara was bored and was keen to craft so she started rummaging through my craft drawers and found these frames. I said she could have one and ten minutes later she brought in this new frame to show me! Pretty cool for a craft and photo booth activity at a Carnival themed party!
