For today's cupcake liner craft you can either make these before the party for the guest of honour or all your little guests. Or, as they really very easy to make, you can have the guests make their own.
All I did was flatten two cupcake liners and stick together. Then trim another one one cm in and another patterned one two cm in. Stick on top of the other two. Decorate with a cupcake topper in the centre, and then cut two little "ribbons" out of the cupcake kit packaging and stick behind the cupcake liners. To fasten to one's clothes stick with tape a little safety pin to the back as well.
