When we were small, my Mom used to bake all sorts of yummy treats, and whilst she doesn't really do much now the ONE thing she does every year almost religiously is make Christmas Cake. It is not the "pudding" type but rather a "fruit cake" style, I will ask her for the recipe and then share it with you all.
We never used to eat when we were little, and yet I am seriously going to see if my sister can smuggle some in to Switzerland for me. My mom won't believe it when I ask her! I think I am keen because I get to decorate the top of it with white fondant icing and these cake toppers - pretty cute right?
