I love macaroons! And dare I say more than cupcakes? So it got me thinking what else is better than a cupcake? Probably a cake pop? And then I put two and two together and figured a Macaroon Pop might just be the best thing ever! Which one do you prefer?
Macaroon Pops
1. Take a macaroon and push onto a little bamboo skewer.
2. Tie pretty ribbon around the skewer and push into a polystyrene stand for display.
3. For favours, prior to step 2. cover top of the macaroons with cellophane or tissue paper, then tie with ribbon. Add a thank you favour tag.
