One thing I love about the warmer weather, is the fact that eating ice cream everyday seems almost compulsory. And for us non-bakers out there it gives us a good excuse to throw an Ice Cream Social Party. Like for my friend's baby sprinkle I did just that, but in this case as a baby was on the way and her surname is "Pick" it seemed perfect to add in some pickles too!
