GOOD PLAN - A Knight's Tale Drinks

With Wimbeldon well under way, you will be keen not only to make this Kiddies Pimms for all the ladies and lords at your Knight's Tale Party - but make our grown up version for the adults.

Makes 2 liters

1 litre Red grape juice

1 litre Lemonade

10 Strawberries, washed and halved

1 Cucumber, sliced

1 bunch Mint, washed

1. In a jug combine all the ingredients.

2. Chill and serve cold.

big peoples Pimms

1. Substitute the red grape juice with Pimms No1.

2. Mix 1 part Pimms No1 with 3 parts lemonade.

3. Serve over ice garnished with strawberries, mint and cucumber.
