I am not a great cook, my Mom is though and so Mothers Day proves to be tricky. Except I do make a mean sandwich, I had lots of practice making them for our lunchboxes. So along these lines for our Mothers Day lunch table, I made a stack of Ploughman's Sandwiches. Chunky bread, flavoured butter and then all sorts of cold meats, salad and cheeses sliced and layered inside. Fortunately I made these little flag toothpicks to hold them all together!
