Today, I am sharing Taryne's Rooibos Ice Tea recipe - the perfect addition to an afternoon tea in the summer and great for a big party as can be served up in a glass dispensers and guests help themselves.
Makes 4 litres
INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons loose leaf Rooibos or 6 bags
flavoured Rooibos teabags
2 litres boiling water
2 litres Clear Apple Juice
Pour boiling water over the Rooibos and allow to stand for 20 - 30 minutes to draw.
Strain into a container and add the apple juice.
Serve well chilled with lemons slices and mint leaves to garnish.
