Vanessa made a great backdrop for the Flamingo Party out of tissue paper. It is pretty straight forward in that you buy sheets of pink tissue paper fold in half and then cut into strips. The secret however, is that you must hang the folded tissue paper over the string BEFORE you cut it into tassels. Vanessa said she found that out the hard way!
