With tomorrow being national Heritage Day, it is only fitting that we share the tablescape from our African Reception feature. Here our African look is set off completely as a result of the Skinnylaminx tablecloth and napkins - I love the way Heather describes this collection as inspired by Scandinavian style, yet quite at home in Africa.
For the table numbers, menus and place cards we used the Black and White Collection party ware that you can just print on at home. The final touches included white porcelain giraffes dipped in gold paint and candles with "animal" feet.
