The greatest thing about the Carnival Party in the Park I am planning for next week is the table centrepiece. It is a Ferris Wheel that holds cupcakes in the little carriages and it moves! Could anything be sweeter? And I know for sure the little birthday girl Chloe will love to play with it afterwards with her Sullvanian Families taking turns on the ride!
