For our Beside the Seaside wedding reception, the idea was bring back all those fond childhood memories of carefree summer holidays by the beach, and in this case Brighton beach with their carnival on the pier alongside. And so it goes without saying we strung up lots and lots of bunting and had giant balloons part of the "overhead" centrepiece of each table.
p.s. these have also been known to replace many a bride's bouquet or used for great photo props!
