Sophie the Giraffe (or Sophie la Girafe, as she is known in her native
France) is more than a teether. The toy giraffe, made of 100% natural
rubber and food paint, is a sensory development toy that has a
lightweight, soft, easy to grasp body. What's more she is famous for being Celeb parents first choice: Kate Hudson, Maggie Gyllenhaal,
Debra Messing, Isla Fisher and Nicole Richie; all had to have a Sophie for their little one.
And I had to laugh the other day when my kids ran across from the other side of the local park to rush and tell me that they had spotted Sophie with a baby in a pram (so much for spotting real wildlife!).
