it's raining poms
Need to spruce up your wedding tent or hall? Or any party room? Create a canopy of tissue paper pom poms that is both effective and inexpensive. Fan-fold tissue paper, tie in the middle with twine and round the edges. Gently pull the layers apart and then “puff up your poms”.
