... for ice cream. It has been confessed numerous times that I do not bake, and am a very weak cook. So, when it comes to my girls' birthday parties here in Switzerland I have a bit of a panic attack. And whilst the bakeries here are something special, there are no such things as "cupcakes" and "sponge cakes". It is all very fancy French type goodies that are just not kid friendly! So, after making my own cupcakes for Bailey's party earlier in the year with my mom's help (or rather she did them I helped) I knew I was in trouble for Zara's party.
And then ta-da! I had a brainwave, Zara's party theme is "Let it Snow" so I figured why not take this to the food theme as well, so I am setting up a little DIY Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundae. Afterall, it is warm inside where the kids will be and whether it is snowing or the sun is shining no kid is going to refuse ice cream! Okay back to party planning and preparation for tomorrow...
