Overseas, many moms and dads are having a bitter sweet moment as the summer holidays are over and little ones are making their way back (or for the first time) to school. So there are tons of great ideas doing the rounds for Back-to-school parties, and I figured I have to share one that I spotted a while back at for a wedding photo shoot. For all you SA readers this is one to put in your "October/November" file as is a brilliant idea for any Matric Farewell or Graduation/End of Year party.
The idea is to make note cards for guests to write messages on, but specifically to type the heading PASS A NOTE TO XXX and then have a stash of crayons next to them. And if you are being super creative you may wish to include old fashioned "yearbook" photos.
