I know this is not the conventional way to make these goodies but in the spirit of National Smores' Day and if you are without an open fire, then this is a super quick alternative and tastes just as good!
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Marshmallows
Little Chocolates
DIRECTIONS
Place cookie overturned on plate, on top place little chocolate and then finally a marshmallow.
Place in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Sandwich another cookie on top.
Eat and then make s'more...
