Here in South Africa we are literally counting down the days till September 1st - the official first day of Spring. I always laugh though because without fail the week before: the sun shines and typically on the 1st it is like coldest day of the year! Hopefully not this year...
So whether it is rain or shine, brighten up your day by packing a spring infused lunch box for you and the kids:
- Make a salad with edible flowers
- Bottle up some home squeezed lemonade
- And if you are like me, who will most likely do neither - then tie on one of these pretty tags from Eat Drink Chic to a Woolies-bought bottle of lemonade and a tag on one of their yummy fresh sarmies...
