SOMETHING GOOD

at sunset

This Style Me Pretty wedding has so many "something good ideas" that you are going to be able to plan your whole occasion around them. Also, some really good tips for any bridal shower or luncheon.

GOOD LITTLE SOMETHINGS
- The bride's colour scheme was inspired by the softer hues of a sunset. This was beautifully executed by having pale aqua table napkins made, that literally pop against the pale background of the damask linen.
- This colour was then carried through to other finer details: the "stalks" of the paper crepe flowers, the paint used in the mason jars and the ribbon for the escort cards frame and the ribbon around the cake. All of these ideas are noteworthy when selecting a very specific colour.
- The flowers really make the table settings, but I love the informality of the arrangements: in addition to glass and silver mismatched vases, pretty porcelain plates were fashioned into cake stands and displayed on top were first the bridesmaids gifts of clutch bags and then their bouquets.
- Also, a crepe peach paper flower was set at each place setting. A little something that you can make yourself, and why not include a corsage pin so this can be pinned onto everyones lapels.
