As much as I love our paper lanterns and creating structures from overhead, sometimes your venue does not allow for hanging decorations. Therefore, I particular love this idea of creating height from the tabletop up. And whilst they look like lamps, both of these are examples of how you can do mock ones using spindles or glass vases and then adding a lampshade to match your wedding colours: what a dramatic way to get across a specific colour palette or pattern.
Best of all you can use battery operated lights to illuminate them to look like the real thing, no wires required.
