do you want a cracker?

Kathleen from Twig & Thistle is as you all know super stylish, and this idea just goes to prove it once again. It is a little tutorial on how to make a cheese parcel on top of a cracker for a Mother's day lunch. Besides the fact that it is super easy to do and we get those exact little cheeses (albeit in red) at Woolies, I love the idea because it is a really clever one for a wedding.

Typically wedding ceremonies are at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, and your guests most likely start getting ready even as early as 2pm to be there on time, the ceremony is about an hour or so, and the starters are usually only served at 6pm if you are lucky! So make up these little parcels for your guests to have as soon as they are seated that way no one is dying of hunger and everyone is happy!
