I have seen these Marshmallow Pops literally popping up all over the internet. And they are dead easy to make and look amazing for any ocassion! Simply melt chocolate in the microwave, skewer marshmallows onto bamboo skewers, then dip into pretty sprinkles to co-ordinate with the party colour scheme.
