I was out shopping this week, and one of the main department stores is showcasing their all-American red, white and blue Summer line and immediately I thought it would be fun to have a Cowboy party on the 4th of July. And suddenly I remembered that I had already done the exact thing before for Bailey's 4th Birthday Party and I'd never shared it on the blog!
