INGREDIENTS
200g plain Corn Tortilla Chips
2 cooked Chicken Breasts, shredded or diced
3/4 cup Mild Salsa
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
ACCOMPANIMENTS
Sour Cream or Cream Fraiche
Guacamole
Pickled Jalapeños
Diced Tomato and Spring Onion
Fresh Coriander
SERVES 4
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 200oC and grease an oven tray. Lay the tortilla chips in an even layer on the tray and top with chicken, salsa, and grated cheese
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and golden.
Serve with accompaniments.
