For many parties, especially tea ones, I always alternate the table centrepieces with floral bouquets and tiered stands of food. Not only do the sweet treats look good for decoration, but they are edible too! For our princess party, I filled a three tiered silver stand with pink meringues (that I actually picked up form the Spar supermarket) and then decorated these with little candles on toothpicks - but the princess party circle tags and food flags would work just as well!
