It is Day Three! And our Birthday Book Giveaway just gets better! And in honour of the Great British Bake Off Final tonight, we are giving away a bumper baking prize! As you may know, we are huge fans of Tina Bester or rather I should say The Queen of Tarts. Tina not only has the most amazing bakery in Cape Town, but is the author of five fabulous books. And today we are giving away not one, but two of her books, and to help you get started baking some of her wonders, we are throwing in the all-essential Tala Pie Bird and Cooks' Measurer.

My favourite tart is a rich shortbread base then filled with a cream cheese mixture and finally finished off with fresh berries like blueberries and strawberries. Truly hoping to win day 3
My favourite is a berry galette. I love the rustic look, the crisp crust and the colour of the berries! Would absolutely love to win this giveaway :)
