herb infuser
This is a herb infuser called Pulke by OTOTO design studio in Israel. The name is pronounced ‘pool-kay’, which translates from yiddish to mean chicken leg. By filling the bone-shaped kitchen accessory with herbs and placing it
in a pot, it is easy to add different flavors to soups and stews. Complex dishes can be cooked, as the piece lets the aroma of herbs and
spices seep through, while remaining in the compact container. No more
embarrassing incidents at dinner parties involving guests with parsley
in their teeth!
