first he ate...
A first birthday party is a very special
occasion, the first of many for your little one. Peter Rabbit is a
perennial favorite with all tiny tots and our range has everything you
need for this first birthday party. Here are some lovely photos filled with inspiration...
GOOD IDEAS
Use blue and white balloons and tissue paper poms to compliment the Peter Rabbit Garland.
For a unique centrepiece fill a glass vase with real carrots complete with the leaves intact and add white daisies on top.
Use wall stickers to decorate a bare wooden table instead of table linen. Or stick to table runners made from brown/blue wrapping paper.
For a clever sandwich, pierce the end of a hot dog roll and fill with egg mayonaise - then push in a whole little bunch of parsely on the side - to look like giant carrots.
For beverages mix 1 part orange juice with 1 part carrot juice, use celery sticks (with leaves) for drink stirrers.
A chocolate cake - left "naked" mimics dirt especially with the addition of fondant carrots on time. Similarly, make chocolate mousse in clear glasses and add a sprig of mint on top for a "dirt in a cup" serving. Another cute idea I have seen is to use new mini terracotta pots as cupcake holders!
