For the Pride and Prejudice bridal shower, we made some vintage bookmarks, by threading thick Petersham ribbon through old style "found" keys.
The keys we found at a bric-and-brac shop, and if your guests are not book worms they can use the bookmarks as key rings instead - just add a metal loop for additional keys. Another use for your bookmarks is to tie these to napkins as napkin rings at the Bridal Shower.
