Using succulents is not a new idea but definitely still a very big trend, and for something "new" Martha Stewart Weddings shared how to make a gorgeous wrist corsage using a succulent - who would have thought. What I like about succulents is that it really is floral DIY project that you as the bride can do as the combining of all different kinds in ceramic pots or the like can be done before the wedding day. The last thing a bride should be doing is arranging flowers on her wedding day.
Last week, I popped out to Lifestyle Nursery and I was amazed at the variety and affordability of the succulents on show - I think I am going to have to think of an excuse to make up a centrepiece to really prove that it is possible.
