With Thanksgiving just around the corner we thought we would share a BLOG EXCLUSIVE Good Looks Themed Party. Even though, Thanksgiving is an American Holiday, this a great idea for any nationality and family to celebrate being thankful - especially as the year draws to an end.
INSPIRATION
We decided to do a slight twist on the traditional orange and brown colour scheme and add a bit of hot pink - who would have thought they make for such a good combo.
STATIONERY
As you know one of our favourite graphic designers is Paper & Cake, and they are celebrating their 2nd anniversary this month, and last year they created a complete free Thanksgiving themed printable party. So, we loved the idea of using their traditional designs onto some hot pink paper to create an invitation, place cards, menu cards, napkin rings and favour boxes.
TABLE
The neutral base of the table cloth, napkins and cream tableware was spiced up with all sorts of harvested pumpkins and ghourds and autumn foilage - and a giant pumpkin in the centre and baby sweet ones on the tea saucers and/or favour boxes.
