For Bailey's Pony Party, I was able to find by total luck a Dala Horse t-shirt at Cotton On. And then I made her a custom red prize ribbon badge by sticking on a dala horse party circle tag onto a Seedling Birthday Rosette Badge. I also made a different one for Zara and they became the team leaders. Then each guest was given a homemade ribbon badge (party circle with ribbon ends) in either pink or red so they knew which team they were in for the party games.
GOOD TIP: By dividing the kids into two teams, it worked out easier to play the party games as the groups were smaller and easier to control.
