balloons are best

I always used to be really anti balloons - but over the past few years I have been totally transformed. I find no matter what party or event I plan these are a must buy on the list. I think it is largely due to the fact that balloons really do say "there is a party going on here!" and children LOVE LOVE balloons.

For the Swan party, I decorated the room with metallic gold, silver, white and pale pink (and these made great party favours too) and then a giant silver number 7 for the birthday girl (that stayed up for weeks in her bedroom afterwards).
