jelly on a plate

I often have really good intentions by having the idea to spend all afternoon baking with my kids and bounding. To be honest it never really seems to actually start or end well. So, I now have a new plan when the girls beg to do something in the kitchen on short notice and it is working well - we make jelly! It only takes a few minutes, minimum mess and I have these cute little moulds.

Jelly Moulds
R60 for 4
Pantry Design set of 4 multi colour individual jelly moulds, in pink, yellow, blue and green classic scalloped edge jelly shape. Ideal for birthdays and tea parties. Size of jelly mould height 5cm dia. 7cm.

Tips on how to get the jelly out:
- Make the jelly concentration stronger (add a little less water to the mix).
- Run a knife around the top edge of the mould.
- Dip the mould (to the edge) into a shallow pan of warm water for a few seconds this should help the jelly release from the mould.
